On 29 May 2025, AmbientaLex took part in the conference “Circular Economy and Territorial Development” held within the Innovation Village in Naples.
Avv. David Roettgen delivered a speech focusing on the current state of the End of Waste regime, illustrating the main regulatory developments, the role of authorisation procedures and the challenges faced by operators in proving the conformity of secondary raw materials.
The event provided an opportunity for dialogue between institutions, companies and the legal sector on sustainable industrial strategies and the transition towards closed-loop production systems.
