She is an extrajudicial legal consultant in the field of environmental permits (A.I.A.), remediation, waste management, definition of by-products and End of Waste permits. Francesca is a defender\/assistant in the field of assessment and control procedures at clients\u2019 sites, including environmental sanction proceedings (administrative and criminal). She is the leading consultant for bankruptcy receiverships in the context of the management of sites characterised by environmental problems and related liabilities. Since 2022 she has been a member of the \u201cRisanamento Ambientale e Recupero di Aree Degradate e Siti Contaminati\u201d research centre at the University of Engineering of Brescia, Italy. Since 2023 she has been a research fellow at the C.N.R.\u00a0&#8211; Institute on Atmospheric Pollution and contact for the End of Waste working group at the Directorate-General for Circular Economy and Remediation of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security. She is a speaker and author of national and international publications on environmental matters (Publishers: \u201cIl Sole 24 Ore\u201d and \u201cWolter Kluwers\u201d).
