In 2005 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Roma Tre, where, in 2007, he also completed the Postgraduate Specialisation Course. In 2008, he registered with the Rome Bar Association and since 2021 he has been a Supreme Court lawyer. In 2019, he obtained a PhD from the \u201cLa Sapienza\u201d University of Rome with a thesis entitled \u201cEnvironmental Assessment in the Planning of Water Resource Management\u201d. He is a contract professor of environmental law at a private university and carries out teaching and training activities on Master\u2019s and other courses. He has been President of Competition Commissions and Sogesid consultant in the ARCA Project supporting the drafting of the Waste Management Plan of the Molise Region.
