Andrea Far\u00ec analysed the regulatory framework concerning the abandonment of cigarette butts and the role of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in preventing littering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avv. Omar Hagi Kassim and Avv. Luigi Conti focused on the evolution of the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) and the application of Green Public Procurement (GPP) in the waste sector, highlighting legal uncertainties and implementation challenges for public authorities and operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a separate contribution, Avv.
