Andrea Far\u00ec&nbsp;explained how the new framework lays the foundations for a more sustainable and traceable battery supply chain, aligned with the European vision of a fully circular system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The presentation highlighted key elements of the new rules, including sustainable product design, extended producer responsibility obligations, minimum recycled content requirements and the introduction of the digital battery passport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A central focus of the discussion concerned Italy\u2019s ability to adapt to the new EU standards and to develop a national circular battery industry.
