David Roettgen, examined the main challenges relating to the redevelopment of disused sites, the management of environmental liabilities and the opportunities created by recent legislative reforms on simplification, regeneration projects and public-private partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avv. Andrea Far\u00ec\u00a0contributed with an analysis of the regulatory framework applicable to remediation and re-industrialisation activities, highlighting critical interpretative issues, the responsibilities borne by operators and the connections with urban-planning instruments.<br><br>The debate stressed the need for streamlined procedures, greater legal certainty and effective cooperation between public authorities and private stakeholders. According to the participants, these factors are essential to attract investment and promote sustainable territorial development.
