Giovanni graduated in Law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, is qualified to practise law and is a member of the Rome Bar Association.

He provides legal assistance and advice, both in and out of court, mainly in the corporate field.

Over the years, he has acquired specialist expertise in the field of legal compliance in corporate organisations for the prevention of corporate crimes (corporate and tax offences, anti-corruption and offences against the public administration, environmental offences, occupational safety, privacy), gaining specific experience in the field of internal control system analysis, risk assessment, risk management and the development of organisational, management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (MOG 231).

Since 2015, he has served as a Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, both as a single member and as part of a collegiate body, for companies operating nationally in the large-scale retail, waste, infrastructure and energy sectors.

His professional collaboration with the Ambientalex Law Firm has allowed him to deepen his knowledge and expertise in environmental issues, enabling him to perform the functions of the 231 Supervisory Body also within companies that deal exclusively with waste management (treatment plants, brokerage companies, consortia).

Giovanni is also lead auditor for assessing compliance with Corruption Prevention Management Systems in accordance with UNI EN ISO 37001:2016 and, since 2018, has held the position of Data Protection Officer (DPO) for IT consulting and software companies, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
