David, founding partner of Ambientalex, is mainly active in the waste, remediation and environmental permitting sectors. He advises private and public clients on the structuring of operations, project development, transactions, risk assessments and environmental compliance. David combines his experience gained in a leading international law firm and in international companies – both private and public – with his pragmatic approach and close attention to the client’s needs. His advice is provided in Italian, German and English. He has been admitted to practise law in Germany (Munich – 1998) and in Italy (Milan – 2003). In addition to publishing papers on his specialist topics, David is a frequent speaker at conferences and training courses concerning environmental law. From 2012 to 2024 he was a member of the Commission for Integrated Environmental Authorization (IPPC) of the Ministry of the Environment and Protection of Land and Sea.
