Francesca has been working with Ambientalex since 2017, mainly in the Milan office. She was admitted to the bar in 2017 and at the same time obtained a first level master’s degree in Environmental and Land Law from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. She is an extrajudicial legal consultant in the field of environmental permits (A.I.A.), remediation, waste management, definition of by-products and End of Waste permits. Francesca is a defender/assistant in the field of assessment and control procedures at clients’ sites, including environmental sanction proceedings (administrative and criminal). She is the leading consultant for bankruptcy receiverships in the context of the management of sites characterised by environmental problems and related liabilities. Since 2022 she has been a member of the “Risanamento Ambientale e Recupero di Aree Degradate e Siti Contaminati” research centre at the University of Engineering of Brescia, Italy. Since 2023 she has been a research fellow at the C.N.R. – Institute on Atmospheric Pollution and contact for the End of Waste working group at the Directorate-General for Circular Economy and Remediation of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security. She is a speaker and author of national and international publications on environmental matters (Publishers: “Il Sole 24 Ore” and “Wolter Kluwers”). She speaks Italian and English.
