Deborah has extensive experience in civil litigation and out-of-court legal advisory work, with a particular focus on contract law and negotiation.

Her professional training initially developed at a leading international law firm and subsequently in a multinational environment, where she worked as in-house counsel.

Her experience in civil and contract law has progressively expanded to include administrative and environmental law matters, consolidated through her collaboration with the law firm Ambientalex, which operates in this field.

She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 1996. In 1997, she obtained her qualification to practice law under the then applicable regulations, and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2001. She is also admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and higher jurisdictions.

In 2011, she obtained an Advanced Training Diploma in “Triple A Ethics and Safety (Corporate, Environmental and Food Safety)” from the International School of Ethics and Safety in Milan, and was subsequently registered with CEPAS (Certification Body for Professional Skills and Training). She was later appointed as a member of the examination board for the corresponding Master’s program.

Her collaboration with the law firm Ambientalex has also allowed her to deepen her expertise in environmental law and contribute to publications in specialized international journals.

She provides legal assistance in both Italian and English.
