He has a Law Degree from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome as well as a PhD in European Law of Civil and Commercial Contracts from the “Ca’ Foscari” University of Venice.

He is a research fellow on the topic of administrative functions in environmental matters at the Faculty of Law of the University of Roma Tre.

Santo is a Professor of Private Law, Commercial Law and Contract Law on master’s and university courses.

He is an expert in Private Law at the University of Palermo.

He is qualified to practise as a lawyer and is registered at the Bar Association of Rome.

He acts as Vice President of the Agency for the Control and Quality of Local Public Services of the Municipality of Rome.

He is extraordinary Sub-Commissioner of the “A.C. Jemolo” Regional Institute of Legal Studies of Lazio.

He has been a consultant for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department of Community Policies and the National Anti-Discrimination Department.

He has held, for the Lazio Region, the position of board member in regional public companies.

He is a speaker, organiser and coordinator at conferences and has been a lecturer in master’s programmes, training courses and seminars.
