Andrea’s areas of expertise include infrastructure and environmental permitting, waste, and water service. It advises individuals, companies, and public administrations both out-of-court, including in support of policy and public affaire activities, and through defense in court. Andrea has also gained extensive experience within the public administration, as he was deputy deputy head of the Legislative Office of the Ministry of the Environment and Land and Sea Protection, legal adviser to the Minister of the Environment in several terms, and adviser to the Bicameral Ecomafie Commission. He is a Research Fellow at the Pegaso Online University, a contract professor of Environmental Law at the LUMSA University of Rome, a lecturer in university Masters and training courses, and the author of monographs and publications in specialized journals in Administrative Law and Environmental Law.
