Dario has been working with the Ambientalex law firm since 2019 and carries out his activity at the Rome office in all areas of environmental law, with particular reference to issues of waste, environmental assessments and renewable energy permits. He studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Roma Tre, where he obtained a master’s degree in Law in 2019, with a thesis in Environmental Law entitled “The Cessation of the Qualification of Waste” with a mark of 110/110L. He provides extrajudicial and judicial advice to various public and private stakeholders and specialises in litigation before the administrative jurisdiction bodies. He is the author of scientific publications in specialist environmental journals and teaches at universities and on master’s programmes and private training courses. He was admitted to the bar in 2022. He speaks Italian, Spanish and English.
