Elettra, who joined the firm in 2016, works at the Rome office. She provides both judicial and extrajudicial advice to various public and private stakeholders, mainly in the waste, remediation and environmental damage sectors. She has gained particular experience in assisting associations, committees and NGOs, mainly dealing with the protection of habitats and species. She studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Roma Tre, where she obtained a master’s degree in Law in 2016, with a thesis in Environmental Law entitled “The Responsibility of Public Entities for Damage to the Environment” with a mark of 110/110. From October 2016 to April 2018 she completed an internship at the Court of Appeal of Rome, dealing with issues of substantive and procedural civil law. In 2019 and 2020 she was a member of the “Legal-Environmental Analysis Study Group”, supporting the institutional actions of the Minister of the Environment. Since August 2022, she has been a consultant at the Directorate-General for Circular Economy and Remediation (DG ECB) of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security. She is the author of publications on environmental law for Il Sole 24 Ore. She speaks Italian and English.
