Eugenio provides extrajudicial and judicial advice in all areas of environmental law, with particular reference to waste management, water services, and renewable energy. Since October 2022, he has been a Consultant at the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security. Previously, he was a member of the “Legal-Environmental Analysis Study Group” supporting the institutional actions of the Minister of the Environment (March 2019-February 2021). He holds a PhD with honours in Public, International and Comparative Law from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome (2020), where, between 2022 and 2024, he also taught the course in Environmental Economics and Law. He is currently a research fellow in Administrative Law and contract professor at the University of Bologna. He is the author of scientific publications on Administrative Law and Environmental Law and is a member of the editorial board of the Rivista Quadrimestrale di diritto dell’Ambiente (RQDA). He has been working with the Ambientalex law firm since 2018. He speaks Italian and English.
