Since 2008, Luigi has assisted numerous companies, public bodies and non-profit organisations in various areas of administrative law, such as land management, urban planning, macro-organisation of public entities, public contracts and electoral procedures. In 2005 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Roma Tre, where, in 2007, he also completed the Postgraduate Specialisation Course. In 2008, he registered with the Rome Bar Association and since 2021 he has been a Supreme Court lawyer. In 2019, he obtained a PhD from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome with a thesis entitled “Environmental Assessment in the Planning of Water Resource Management”. He is a contract professor of environmental law at a private university and carries out teaching and training activities on Master’s and other courses. He has been President of Competition Commissions and Sogesid consultant in the ARCA Project supporting the drafting of the Waste Management Plan of the Molise Region. He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
